By accessing or using the Prospectorz platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Prospectorz provides a B2B cybersecurity marketplace platform that connects cybersecurity vendors with prospective buyers. The Service includes, but is not limited to, vendor discovery, product comparisons, lead generation tools, messaging capabilities, and analytics dashboards. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use another user's account without permission.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Prospectorz.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prospectorz, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. This limitation applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
