Prospectorz is building a community where cybersecurity startups and the practitioners who evaluate them connect directly, through meaningful conversations rather than cold outreach and unsolicited pitches. The strongest communities grow through trusted introductions, and our ambassadors are the people making them.
As an ambassador, you invite friends and professional associates who belong in that conversation: startup founders and teams building security products, and the security practitioners (Pioneers) who evaluate them, from managers and project leaders to Director- and C-level executives. When someone you refer completes their first qualifying meeting, you earn a reward.
There are no quotas, no sales responsibilities, and no pipeline to manage. You make the introduction; Prospectorz takes care of the rest.
How the Program Works
Invite your network
Each ambassador receives one personal referral link to share with colleagues, friends, and professional contacts, with no limit on how many people you invite. You may regenerate your link at any time; members who joined through a previous link remain credited to you.
Every account created through your link is attributed to you, whether the new member joins as a startup or as a Pioneer (practitioner member).
They make their first connection
For both startup and Pioneer referrals, a meeting qualifies when:
- The meeting takes place as scheduled
- The practitioner attends the scheduled meeting and is verified from the call data
- The practitioner's feedback is reviewed and approved by the Prospectorz team
No-shows and cancelled meetings do not qualify. Each referred member earns you one reward, tied to their first qualifying meeting. Subsequent meetings do not generate additional rewards.
Receive your reward
Qualifying rewards are reviewed and credited to your balance twice monthly. Your Rewards page always displays the next payout date.
You can redeem your balance via bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, gift cards from thousands of brands, travel, or a charitable donation. Reward amounts and terms are set individually with each ambassador and documented in the Ambassador Agreement, which you accept before your referral link is activated.
Visibility and privacy
Your Ambassador dashboard shows each referral's sign-up date and whether they have completed a qualifying meeting, so you know who may benefit from a follow-up.
Ambassadors do not have access to referrals' email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, employers, or any meeting details. Our community is built on trust. Members join to connect on their own terms, so we never share their contact information through the program.
